How an Online Student Must Create a Login Identity at UNVA-Online
For: Students registered in online classes or in classes using online resources within UNVA-Online.
With your browser, open the following URL: http://unva.remote-learner.net/moodle/
Select [login] link on left or in upper right corner of screen.
If you do not have a login identity already, you should create one by selecting the “Create a new account” button on the right. If you already have a login for UNVA-Online, then you should log in and verify that you have access to the correct classes. (If you do not have access to the correct classes, please contact your instructor as soon as possible.)
Follow the instructions to create your login and password.
You will receive an email and you will have to follow the instructions in that email to validate your new identity. If you do not follow the instructions, you have not completed the process and you do NOT have an account yet. Check your junk mail (Spam) folder to see if validation email is there.
If you do not receive the validation email, please contact Dr. Peter Williams (pwilliams.admin@unva.edu) for assistance.
After you have validated your new login identity at UNVA-Online, you must notify your instructor so that you will be added to the online roster of students.

NOTE: This process does NOT substitute for enrollment in classes through the UNVA Registrar. You will not be given access to online class materials if you are not officially enrolled through the Registrar.
